• ES Fiber (Two-Component Fiber)

Made from a blend of Polypropylene (PP) and Polyethylene (PE), our ES Fiber is designed for superior bonding performance in hygiene applications. The dual composition of PP and PE makes it especially suitable for soft and durable nonwovens used in various disposable hygiene products. ES Fiber is known for its uniform structure and high absorbency, which make it ideal for applications that require skin contact, such as baby diapers, feminine hygiene products, and incontinence care.

• Air-Through Bonding Nonwovens

 These nonwovens are crafted using advanced air-through bonding techniques that deliver an ultra-soft and breathable fabric. Our range includes:

• ADL (Acquisition Distribution Layer)

The ADL layer efficiently distributes liquids across the absorbent core, enhancing absorption and preventing leakage. This layer is crucial in maintaining dryness and comfort, particularly in baby diapers and adult care products.

• Top-Sheet

This is the primary layer that comes into direct contact with the skin. Shiva Fiber’s top-sheet materials are designed for exceptional softness and breathability, ensuring comfort and preventing skin irritation in baby care, feminine hygiene, and adult care applications.

• Back-Sheet

Our back-sheets provide a strong moisture barrier while remaining breathable, ensuring that products stay leak-proof while offering comfort. These back-sheets are crafted to meet the rigorous demands of hygienic applications and add another layer of protection for users.
