SHIVA FIBER proudly operates one of the most advanced hygienic fiber production lines in West Asia — the first and largest of its kind in the region. Purpose-built to serve the hygiene industry, this line produces bi-component synthetic fibers optimized for use in diapers, feminine hygiene products, adult care, and medical nonwovens.

Our hygienic fiber line features cutting-edge spinning technology and polymer control systems, enabling us to manufacture:

• ES fibers in both PP/PE and PET/PE structures
• PET/CoPET fibers in solid and hollow forms
• Hollow and Solid Hygienic fibers in different colors such as Green and Blue
• Hydrophilic and hydrophobic finishes
• Customized cross-sections for bonding, softness, and breathability

As both fiber and nonwoven producers, we uniquely understand the technical needs of ATB layer production — allowing us to engineer fibers that are not only technically precise but also optimized for real-world applications.
