At SHIVA FIBER, our Air-Through Bonding (ATB) hygienic layer line characterizes a substantial leap forward in hygienic material production across West Asia. Armed with the latest technology, our ATB line delivers high-performance nonwoven layers used in baby diapers, feminine care products, and adult hygiene solutions.

With a production capacity of 500 metric tons per month, our line features:

• Two Double-Doffer Carding Machines
• Advanced Web Forming and Thermal Bonding Systems
• Capability to produce ADL (Acquisition & Distribution Layer) in double-sided formats
• Topsheet layers in embossed, perforated, or plain textures
• Soft and breathable Backsheet layers

Our in-house hygienic fiber production — including ES (PP/PE, PET/PE) and PET/CoPET fibers — gives us complete control over quality, consistency, and innovation. This vertical integration enables us to fine-tune bonding performance, optimize softness, and meet the exacting demands of premium hygiene brands.

All layers undergo strict testing for absorption, rewet, distribution time, and surface dryness in our modern quality labs to ensure compliance with global standards.
